Granger Forson – Founder & Business Coach
With a career spanning over 25 years, Granger’s journey began in mechanical engineering, a background that instilled in him a lifelong passion for problem solving and process optimisation. Notably, he was the lead engineer behind the development of the iconic Guinness gas-dispense beer tap, a project that standardised product delivery globally and established his reputation for operational excellence.
Transitioning from corporate engineering to business leadership, Granger has spent the last two decades working with organisations to simplify the complex. His coaching methodology is built upon four fundamental principles essential for any business to thrive.
As a mentor Granger draws on his deep knowledge of Lean methodologies and his experience as the host of the Stronger Business Together Podcast. On the show, he interviews business owners with established teams to distill their journeys and collaboratively solve real-world business hurdles. Granger is a firm believer that business should be as rewarding as it is profitable. By sharing his technical strategy and focus on leadership accountability, he empowers business owners to build resilient, self-sustaining teams, allowing them to step back from the daily "doing" and lead their organisations with clarity and purpose.
Elaine Coleman – Founder
From builders merchants to building connections, Elaine's career has been anything but repetitive. She spent her first 25 years in the commercial world of the Builders Merchants industry, learning the nuts and bolts of business (and occasionally literal nuts and bolts). Seeking a change of pace and purpose, she transitioned to the non-profit sector, spending a decade at a national Children's Charity. It was there that
she truly honed her "people-first" philosophy, discovering that whether you’re selling bricks or supporting families, it all comes down to authentic communication.
Today, she brings that blend of commercial savvy and empathy to Stronger Business Together, where she heads up our marketing and podcast publishing. She loves finding the story behind the business and sharing it with the world.
When she's not behind the mic or a marketing plan, you’ll find her in the kitchen. Since the 2020 pandemic, she set herself a bit of a challenge: She hasn’t cooked the same meal twice. With a "back catalogue" of over 700 unique menus, she's constantly learning—though her kitchen is significantly more crowded than her podcast studio!
